Nero acoustic panels are sound-absorbing panels designed to enhance acoustic environments by reducing noise and echoes. Made from a fire rated PET material, they’re strategically placed on walls to absorb sound waves, minimizing reverberation and creating a quieter, more pleasant space. These panels are commonly used in offices, studios, or home theatres to improve audio clarity and overall acoustic comfort whilst enhancing the appearance of the surroundings.
Nero panels contribute to environmental sustainability by utilizing PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) material, made from 50-90% recycled plastic bottles. This reduces plastic waste and supports recycling efforts. Additionally, the panels offer insulation properties, enhancing energy efficiency in homes. By reducing heat transfer, Nero panels assist in maintaining consistent indoor temperatures, leading to lower energy consumption for heating and cooling, thus reducing the carbon footprint and supporting a more eco-friendly living environment.
Nero Acoustic panels are 2400mm high by 600mm wide.
*The below assumes that your wall height is less than 2400mm
1. Measure the length of the wall you want to cover in millimeters
2. Divide the measured length by 600 and round this number up to give the required number of panels

Smooth the installation area by removing nails, screws or other fixtures from the wall and ensure the wall is clean and level. Unbox your packages and check all the panels before beginning the installation.
Mark the panel at the desired length using a pencil and straight edge.
2) Cut the panel horizontally using a fine-toothed hand or circular saw.
3) Cut the acoustic felt backing vertically with a sharp utility knife.
Bond directly to wall
Apply wavy lines of hybrid grab adhesive on the back of your panel. Each panel needs approx. 100ml of adhesive. Carefully position the panel in place and firmly press all parts onto the wall.
Fix with screws
Using the screw pack provided we recommend 15 screws per panel in 5 rows of. Ensure appropriate fixings for the installation surface e.g. concrete/plasterboard plugs. For maximum acoustic performance, install the panels onto 45mm deep battens with suitable insulation between each batten

Your order will be delivered at any time between 8am and 8pm, A signature will be required unless a leave safe place has been authorised. unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot (If a mobile number is given, you will receive a text from the courier) If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases.
When installing the panels, it is highly recommended that our products are not cut outside in direct sunlight as this can discolour the products. This information is located in the Care & Maintenance instructions provided with each order. Panels that have been cut outside are not covered by warranty.
Please do not book your installer or Job with your customer until you have received your order, opened and checked your order for shortages, incorrect items or damages. We cannot be held responsible for any installer fees you may occur.

Nero Acoustic panels are easy to clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth.
