All damages must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. You have 30 calender days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@neropanels.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customer-service@neropanels.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
